As per IT perspective, what all SAS Viya 4 Admin privileges required ?

Viya divides administration into two roles: Viya Administration and Kubernetes Administration.

To initially deploy Viya's cluster-wide components (e.g. service accounts, roles, cluster roles and cluster role bindings), you'd need cluster wide access, which might be limited from an IT perspective. To deploy remaining components you'd need namespace level access in Kubernetes.
On the Viya Administration side, administrative access is granted by way of membership to the Custom Group "SAS Administrators."
