Hi, please suggest what all services should be up to use Visual Analytics

I don't think it's documented. I think if someone has SAS VA installed they can share the list 🙂 however it can impact applications if any dependent or shared service is down. Is the reason for this to cut down on the memory? While try and error is ok for this case, if you are looking for a official answer then I would suggest you raise a track with SAS Technical support.
