Hi all,

After running the site.yml playbook the deployment failed with the following error message:

Unable to start service sas-viya-vault-default: Job for sas-viya-vault-default.service failed because a timeout was exceeded. See \"systemctl status sas-viya-vault-default.service\" and \"journalctl -xe\" for details.\n"
}

Has anyone seen this before and how were they able to resolve it. Many thanks!

The output of those commands mentioned (systemctl status {{ service }}, journalctl -xe) might provide some insight as to why it isn't starting. You may also want to check the log for vault here: /opt/sas/viya/config/var/log/vault/default/
