SAS Users jobs in SAS MC and on SAS Server.

We are Gathering information for resizing our SAS Grid environment.

i need to know is how many Active jobs are running and inactivity jobs on both SAS Management  and on SAS server. How do i find jobs by user by user . We want to remove the inactive jobs .
Any program or help is useful.
