I'm writing on behalf of my client company.

We have Active Directory and SAS Studio on Linux Server. Everything should be fine, sasauth file was set according to this tutorial : http://support.sas.com/kb/49/432.html

And I received following error.

After user had created a user folder on server when attemping to make his first SSH log in to the server he could log in to SAS Studio just putting his user_name in User ID field and his password.

But Like I said server is connected to LDAP so he should be able to log in to SAS studio without making first attempt log in through SSH. We tried that and we just removed the user folder from /home and tried again. And we received message when log in: The launch of the server process failed because of an invalid or inaccessible SASUSER library

We discover that putting correct pattern in User ID field which is domain\user_name is resolving that error. And it did for a while. Lately we are having the same problem with new users, who are trying to log in. We send them this instruction .. put domain\user_name instead of user_name alone in User ID field but they received the same error: The launch of the server process failed because of an invalid or inaccessible SASUSER library

So what happend? It was working and suddenly stoped ?

Could someone maybe provide me some information with this because even manual of SAS Studio doesn't appear to have solution for that.
