Hi,
We are facing an issue for the past few days, as the SAS Stored Process Portal login page is stuck and keeps on loading.
It used to stuck at the login page only. If we stop and re-start the services, then it is up and running.
Can anyone help on this to resolve this issue?

From the screen shot it looks like you are hanging when logging in to SAS Logon Manager, are you able to access other web applications?
I would check the log for SASLogon (<SASConfig>/Levn/Web/Logs/SASServer1_1/SASLogon9.4.log) for errors.
