Hi,

Currently we have two developed SAS jobs in our SAS 9.4 Environment. We have a requirement that if first job fails , the second job should start. But the job should be in sequence.

SO , we have created a flow with Event type as 'Exit code Greater than zero' and schedule that job.

But if the first job fails with exit code as 3, the second job is still in waiting state. Its not getting triggered.

Is there any possible way to resolve this issue.

Thanks and Regards,

Helan Nivas G

I'm assuming you're following the instructions provided in the doc here.

If you've confirmed the return code of the prerequisite job does indeed match your criteria in the job flow, I think you'll need to consult Tech Support to figure out why the dependent job isn't firing.
