SAS MS Add-in 7.13 software update error

Typing to update SAS MS Add-in 7.13 software in Microsoft Office 2016 on Windows 10 OS, I am getting an error message and find below.

An error occurred updating SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office.

Unable to download the update.

Updating components:

Microsoft Visual C++ Redistriutable

7.15

If anyone knows the solution please share with me.

Can you access http://ftp.sas.com from the PC where you are doing the update form ?

We can try to troubleshoot what is happening, etc. (could be related to certificates) but your best option would be to contact your SAS Technical Support.
