SAS IQ/OQ/PQ in pharmaceuticals/clinical area

Hello All, 

We are planning to perform SAS 9.4 installation with IQ/OQ/PQ.

Can someone please help to guide how these processes works in pharmacy/clinical world? Any documentations/references that we can go through? 

I have read some articles (https://www.mastercontrol.com/gxp-lifeline/cinical_trials_0108/) which gave high level information but really want to understand from technical stand point, like in what sequence it happens and how we can accomplish it.
