I am migrating to a new computer and I want to get all my settings.  How and what do I need to do that?

If you mean your workstation which is being replaced, then the settings for EG are in your Windows profile. On my laptop that's all the contents of this folder:

"C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\SAS\EnterpriseGuide\8"

What settings are you referring to? Your EG connection profile(s) or something else? For example this could editor customisations.
