No problem. There is one significant advantage to not using signon scripts - you don't need to support and maintain them.

 

We've just started using SAS/CONNECT again ourselves to communicate between SAS BI and SAS VA. We have it configured so you just use the SIGNON statement and nothing else. There is no script and it uses Windows Authentication so you don't need to supply a user or password either. Simple is good!
