We recently installed SAS/ACCESS to JDBC engine into our existing SAS 9.4M7 grid deployed on AIX. Post installation, the new engine does not show up in the newly generated deployment registry report.

We ran a test JDBC libname statement through SAS NODMS which throws JDBC engine not found error.

Could someone help with this issue please?

Below code shows you what's installed and licensed. Does this show SAS/Access to JDBC?

/* what is installed */
proc product_status;
run;

/* what is licensed */
proc setinit;
run;
