Hello,

 

All of a sudden yesterday my SAS 9.4 installed locally on my PC Windows 10, slowed to a snails pace and then stopped  responding. 

 

I found the following message in a maintenance log on my PC but don;t know how to proceed to fix it. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi @joesmama ,

 

what maintenance of SAS 9.4 as you installing? Do you have any message in the Windows Events Log? And in the Antivirus?

 

I think it can be because of many reasons. My advise to you would be to create a ticket with Microsoft refering to "Hang Type: 134217984". It happens more or less often (too often) in other applications, such as Outlook.
