SAS 9.4 M6 Metadata installation

I am trying to install SAS 9.4 metadata server on Windows Server 2019 64-bit for the three tier plan, During metadata configuration i have to enter the SAS Environment manager host name, is this the hostname of the metadata server?

no, it is the server where the Environment Manager Server will run, most likely the web-server.
