Question on user credentials setting for Model Studio

Dear All, 

 

I would like to ask about the setting for users to configure the data variable properties in Model Studio. Below is the screen when using the system admin to login. The highlighted red property is available to configure.

However, when I login with other users without admin rights, the data variable properties is missing. May I know how to set the credentials or other setting to make it appear for other users?
