Problems with Add-In for Microsoft

I have 64-bit SAS on a 64-bit computer and I manage office 365. I get an error when running Excel and I tried to install the Microsoft Add-In. It manages to install but at the time of updating I get an error in the installation and it can not be updated to SAS Add-In 7.15.
