First, you need to have SAS licensed and installed.  It is very expensive for an individual to license, so you will likely need to get it through your school or employer.

Once you have it available, you can learn quickest by taking a course.  Otherwise, there are a number of good books for starters on the publications section at SAS.COM.

Start with Little SAS Book and there is a some good videos on YouTube also for your reference.
