Order to stop and start the SAS servers

Appreciate if someone of you help me understand the order to stop and start the SAS servers before and after renewing SAS license. I know metadata server need to stopped last and started first, but I'm not aware of the order of SAS servers.

First stop your Midtier next Compute Tier and then Metadata server. strating in the reverse order.
