Optimizing veritas shared file system (VxFS) for better IO(input/output)

Please share any documents or sas notes to optimize the Veritas File systems (VxFS) for better IO. We are on RED HAT Linux 7.9 .  As per my understanding following has impact on SAS io   

1. file system layout

2.File system tuning. 

3.Storage Device configuration

4.IO multipathing 

Please include any SAS specific configuration required to for better IO.

Please review this web site that talks about configuring shared file systems for SAS.  53875 - Shared/clustered file systems tuning guidelines (sas.com) There is a paper on there about best practices for Veritas. 

Also, please review this web site on configuring operating systems for SAS.  There are several papers on there about configuring RHEL.  SAS Support - Operating system tuning guidelines (service-now.com)   We are adding a few papers to this site about tunings for RHEL 8.
