No users and groups available in Multi-tenant environment

I have deployed a multitenant environment with three tenants. I am using Open Ldap to add users. The tenants have been created but the issue is am unable to see any users or group in the onboarded tenant whereas the users and groups are visible in the actual multitenant environment.
 Can someone help as to where I am missing out

usually means an issue with the objectClass/filter or baseDN. Check the identities and logon logs for exceptions. You likely should open a tech support track so we can look through the configuration and logs.
