I recently received new Win7 pc with SAS 9.3 TS Level 1 M2.  We have no SAS installation support.  I do not have Administrator rights to the pc.

Printing from SAS writes to c:\users\<user_id>\sasprt.ps.  All printers show in the File, Print window and I can print just fine from any application except SAS.

None of my team members have had this problem.  Suggestions will be appreciated.

John

I would run

proc options group=odsprint; run;

Check the results for SYSPRINT to see if a printer is associated first.
