Nagios plugin for sas viya 3.5

Is it possible to install sas nagios plugin(nagios-plugin.jar) for sas viya 3.5 ?
I could only find documentation for sas environment manager 9.4 
It tells me to use web interface and built in plugin manager. 
In environment manager for sasviya 3.5 i do not see any plugin manager.

I ended up with building nrpe from source and then connecting to our nagios server.
