During the installation steps m facing some confusion in two steps.So here i attached this two screen shots of those steps.

Kindly guide me for successful SAS Installation.

Well the pop-up are about the keys known to the host OS the Linux. You must be able to work with that and understand Linux well.

Yes, and you shouldn't use root as install account, which is a clear recommendation in the SAS install guides.

Web servers usually serve the requests with something like nouser/nogroup or nobody/nobody. Only the core process is started by root in order to use the privileged (< 1024) port 80/443.

And, as the others said, the install user (and the one who will own the metadata server process) must not be root.
