Module Users and Groups is missing from HPC Management

I'm reaching out as a SAS Administrator currently working on a SAS 9.4 M7 environment with the SAS Visual Analytics solution, deployed on a distributed LASR configuration. I'm in the process of installing and configuring SAS® High-Performance Analytics Infrastructure 3.9, and I'm currently on the step where the SAS® High-Performance Computing Management Console (HPCMC) 2.10 is set up.

I've followed the official SAS documentation and the Installation and Configuration Guide meticulously—letter by letter. The HPC Management Console installation and configuration completed successfully, and I can access the console UI without issues.

However, one issue remains:
In the HPC Management tab, the "Users and Groups" module is missing from the list of modules. I've double-checked the installation steps, revalidated my configuration settings, and even redeployed to see if anything was missed, but the problem persists.

I'm now wondering:

• Is it possible that SAS no longer includes the "Users and Groups" module in HPCMC 2.10, and the documentation or screenshots are outdated?

• Or did I potentially miss a specific configuration step, post-install setup, or license/component that enables this module?

To aid with troubleshooting, I’ve created:

• A tar archive of my HPCMC installation directory.

• A screenshot of the HPC Management tab showing the currently available modules.

If anyone has encountered this before or has a working SAS 9.4 M7 + HPA 3.9 + HPCMC 2.10 setup, I’d greatly appreciate your insights:

• Should I be seeing the "Users and Groups" module?

• What could be causing it to be omitted in my case?

• Are there any post-install steps or hidden prerequisites I might have missed?
