Middle-tier configuration fails with errors during the "Load Content failed for WEBDAVRESTORE "

Hi all, 

I am getting below error while installing the SAS 9.4 on Linux server . Can someone help on this error ?

Looks like we're getting an HTTP 503 when we try to access the SASContentServer application. Do you see any errors in the Web/Logs/SASServer1_1/SASContentServer.log or Web/WebAppServer/SASServer1_1/logs/server.log related to SAS Content Server?

Hi @gwootton ,

I have seen the  log for 

SASContentServer.log which says it has started .but has error too.

Even SASServer1_1 has started the successfully .

Even I am unable to validate the SASContentServer  server from SAS SMC :-

You may wish to engage technical support so we can review the full log files for the content server and web application server.

Hi ,
Does this covers under standard support ?
Last time I raised a track and SAS replied saying it is not under standard support and closed track /case.

I don't know what the circumstances were for your last request, but SAS 9.4 is under Standard Support:
