Hi, Please clarify as how to identify which server is currently serving the load in a Mid tier active passive cluster.

If this a generic or specific question? Are you wondering how it's done, or do you have a site issue?

My first response would be: what is your failover mechanism?

I'm not sure if I'm correct though I would provide the details of fail over mechanism.

Its an active passive cluster configuration where the passive one takes over if the active is not performing. Then active would be brought up manually by restarting the services.

So I would like to know as how to know as which server is serving the load now. I hope now you have the details and this would help to answer the question.
