June Coaches Corner set for SAS Administration Community, June 21, 3-4pm ET

Have you participated in a previous Coaches Corner? Maybe you forgot, or you weren’t able to log in during the specified hour. Well, we’re making it even easier to participate this time around!

If you have an admin or deployment question and you want to make sure that SAS folks see it and respond, simply ask it in the community anytime between now and June 21 at 4:00pm ET. Just be sure to preface the question with “Coaches Corner.”  Example: “Coaches Corner: Error in SAS 9.4 upgrade”

Prefacing the question will ensure that someone on the SAS team will review it during the Coaches Corner hour. You may get an accepted solution prior to the event, but know that someone at SAS will see the question and respond.

Ready for the details? 

What: An opportunity to ask SAS employees and admin community super stars your pressing installation, deployment and configuration questions. Have a question you can’t get answered elsewhere? Want to know what others think about a particular issue or error message? Ask it.

When: Wednesday, June 21, 3:00-4:00pm ET. But you can ask your question any time prior to the event, just preface it with “Coaches Corner” in the subject line.

Where: Post your questions directly in the Administration and Deployment community. 

Why: By asking your questions during this time period, you’ll get near real-time responses from both SAS employees and admin community super stars. They will be standing by, ready to respond as questions come in to the community. And they will be searching on “Coaches Corner” to answer previously asked questions.

How: It’s easy to participate. Just post a new message in the admin community. Then wait for the replies to start rolling in. If the respondents need more details, they’ll ask. Or if tech support is the best route, they’ll suggest it.
