Incompatible locator protocol

I am deploy SAS 9.4 on 3 node: 1.Metadata, 2.MidTier and 3.Compute

Node 1.Metadata and 2.Compute: install and config is OK.

While config node 2.MidTier: could not start locator service. Log in gemfireCommand.log:

[severe 2022/10/27 00:19:02.815 SGT <main> tid=0x1] Could not start locator

com.gemstone.gemfire.SystemConnectException: Attempt to connect to distributed system timed out

Log in gemfire.log of nod 3.Compute:

[warning 2022/10/27 02:47:32.442 SGT  <locator request thread[1]> tid=0x1e] Received request from xx.xx.xx.12 running incompatible locator protocol. This locator is running:1001, but request was version:-720899

Please help me about the cause of this problem.
