In need of SAS 9.4M2 to 9.4M2 upgrade document

Hey Guys,

Considering the need of our current Business, we planning to go for an upgrade from SAS 9.4 M2 to SAS 9.4 M3. We are in need of a complete process document including backups, updates and various checklists to be taken care.

I am in the same process of applying the maintanance pack. 

By going through the doco and TS , the maintainance order needs to be processed and will be available for the download, 

Although I cant find the very specific steps to apply the same. Shall dig through all the admin guides ,

At the very least run the DM to update the software and redeploy all the web applicaitons will be involved.
