How to setup an alert for a failed scheduled job in SAS Viya?

Hi experts,

I have a few scheduled jobs in SAS Viya (using SAS Environment Manager's Jobs and Flows plugin) and I have two questions:

1. How can I setup an alert (such as via an email or some other technique) that a scheduled job failed?

2. How can I redirect the log of the scheduled job to the file system or pod stdout for easy collecting via standard tools? Currently I have to open the SAS EV user interface each time I want to view the log...

I don't have access to Viya 4 at this point.
But it seems there is no OOTB functionality for this.
It seems that you could implement this on a Flow instance level, by pointing out a program to execute when a job flow exits:
