How to set SAS 9.4 SAS/CONNECT Keepalive, can the client set it on rsubmit?

Users are getting disconnected from the SAS Grid while using RSUBMIT from their PC's.

We've set keepalives on Meta and ObjectSpawner, how can we set it on the connect spawner?

Is it possible for users to set the keepalive using rsubmit to give immediate relief?

Are they submitting these as batch jobs? Do they actually need to maintain their connection or is the issue simply that the jobs are getting killed when the connection is lost?
