Hi Everyone,

One of the SAS users mistakenly selected the 'Reschedule All Flows' option in the Schedule Manager plug-in, causing all flows within the business unit to run as duplicates under that user's ID. Although these duplicate flows do not appear in the Schedule Manager plug-in, they are visible in the Flow Manager once the job is triggered. Is there a way to list all scheduled jobs (both the user's actual jobs and the duplicates) by user ID, and could you guide me through the troubleshooting steps?

This is easy to fix in Platform Process Manager if that is the scheduler you are using.  Open PPM flow manager. Click on the By Definition tab and you will find all current flow definitions grouped by the user accounts of those who defined them. Just right click on each of the duplicated flows defined by the user and select remove flow:

Unfortunately you have to do it one flow at a time. It doesn't look like multiple selections are possible.

I am not the author of the attached SAS code.  A former coworker shared this code.  I hope it helps you out.
