How do I set, SAS Viya logging timezone? windows

Hello everyone,

I know this exists but have forgotten where to do this, I have my dev SAS Viya Windows system logging with the timestamps of the log files the same as my local timezone, however, I failed to save the configuration location for production setup. Can someone point me to the correct form SAS Viya V.03.04?  TIA.

My logs in production seem to be off by +3 hours.
