How do I make ”Run as..” availlable to Data Builders group in SAS Env Manager

Is it possible to let users in Data Builders group schedule a job in SAS Environment Manager and choose to run as another user?

As a member in SAS administrator group I have ”Run as” option available. Not as a member in Data Builders group.

It is not currently possible to make the Run As option available to non-Administrators.

"To run the job under credentials other than your own, select Run As from the pop-up menu. This option is available only if you are logged on as a SAS administrator."
