Our email config needs DLP en starttls to be configured.

I can't find any documentation on this how to do this.

The --insecure option is specific to curl.

It sounds like you need to add the root and/or intermediate CA certificate(s) to your trusted certificates in your Viya Deployment. This is described here:

Are you talking about when configuring the mail service? I'm not familiar with DLP in an email context, but when configuring the mail service under custom properties you can specify property/value pairs. The property "mail.smtp.starttls.enable" with the value "true" should engage STARTTLS.

Greg,

excellent answer.

Now I run into a certicate error.

I can get past it when i supply --insecure with curl , which i execute from a sas viya studio pod.

I already made a sas ticket for support, they will help me out.

But if you happen to know where I can configure this option --insecure it would be great.

Regards,

Dik
