Solved: HTTP 401

Dear team

I tried to log in to sas compliance, unable to access the compliance solution URL. Once the login page detail is inputted.

The error log shown below

ERROR com.sas.svcs.security.authentication.web.ServiceValidateController - Ticket Exception generating ticket for: [callbackUrl: http://gtbuk-sas-test/SASComplianceSolutionsMid/j_spring_cas_security_proxy receptor]

org.jasig.cas.ticket.InvalidTicketException

please try again, but first closing and reopening your browser, ensure that the cache is gone.

If the problem persists, please check the logs from your SASLogon application, it should be able to provide additional information.

Also, can you log to other SAS Applications as http://gtbuk-sas-test/SASStoredProcess ?
