Github IAC file showing commit #/or version

for the Viya 2023LTS09 when creating the infrastructure, we used https://github.com/sassoftware/viya4-iac-aws/

However, when pulling the project, just pulled the latest files and did not mark the commit #. Unfortunately the workstation got restored. 

we saved the project in source control but do not know which commit we are at or version.

Can you please let me know if there is any file in the IAC project where it shows the commit #?
