EG Error - A connection to the server "SASAPP" could not be established 

unable to connect libraries - an unexpected error has occurred a connection could not be made to the requested resource

 

Tried Refershing Object Spawner from SAS MC but non luck

 

I have attached screen grabs of error messages he gets when trying to access.

The error message when he tries to log in to the SASApp server:

Trying to open the SASApp server in the server tree in SAS EG:

Connection errors can be caused by a variety of causes. We need more details to make progress. Can you post the "More details" in the EG connection window?

 

Also what do you see in the SAS metadata server log for this connection attempt - /<SAS Home dir>/Config/Lev1/SASMeta/MetadataServer/Logs

It appears to be a mismatched module or missing module from the installation. I suggest working with SAS Technical Support to diagnose further.

As already suggested, SAS Tech Support is your best (and quickest) bet for this type of problem.
