I am trying to connect to an Oracle db(SAS Fraud Management database to be specific) inside the SAS Studio Viya(3.5).

Now, when trying to connect using the libname statement(using the path, user and password) I am receiving a "Oracle Engine cannot be found" error. Now, after researching I found out that one needs the SAS/ACCESS Interface to Oracle license, which I got added to my Studio Viya, and yet the error is still there.

Am I missing out on something important here?

Have these steps to configure SAS/ACCESS Interface to Oracle been completed?
