SAS EVM hyperic components are deployed in it's own web app server and I think GC process is enabled by default. Are you asking about monitoring the GC events or enable GC logging?

We want to enable the GC logging on EVM.
If it is enabled by default ,How can we know whether GC logging is enabled on EVM .
Thanks

No, I didn't say the logging is enabled by default. You can add the additional parameters to the wrapper.conf file located under server-5.8.0-EE/conf of the configuration directory and restart the server.

You can refer to the java parameters from this old SAS note or if you are already aware on which ones to add you can use them.
