Error while Loading Content in SAS Configuration

Good Day 

Please assist, I'm currently getting  the following error on SAS 9.4 while trying to configure SAS Model Manager 14.3

The installation was successful but the configuration fails on Step: Load Content (which is a second last step before Run Post-configuration Tasks)

The error in the corresponding log is as follows:

What is failing is a call to the SAS Content Server, with a HTTP 501 response to a WebDAV specific call called "PROPFIND".
You may wish to check the logs for SASServer1, and if you have a proxy or firewall in front of your middle tier ensure it is not blocking WebDAV calls.
