Error on SAS Studio web Log In

Access denied insufficient information provided for a connection to the metadata server 

i am using sasadm@saspw and password but when i connect to metadata server it works fine

sasadm@saspw can't be used to start the workspace server, unless you enabled SAS Token Authentication. You need to a valid external identity that has been registered on the metadata server.
