Hello, When logging into SAS Enterprise Guide, I can access the application itself, but when I try to connect to another server, it asks for the login and password of the account. I enter them, and it shows as in the screenshot. I saw a post about this error, followed the instructions, but it didn't help. Can you assist with this? What could be the issue if the login and password are correct?

I see this post https://support.sas.com/kb/57/382.html

We're going to try to help you, but you have to help us too. Please go back to your original question and change the subject line so that it provides a brief description of your problem. The subject line you provided "SAS" does not describe the problem, and so is not meaningful or useful.

UPDATE: someone else changed the subject line, but you @Satora_In need to provide better subject lines from now on.

It sounds like the user ID and password you are supplying is not working. You may want to try using PROC PERMTEST on the server to confirm your credentials work there:
