Edit Map Service Wizard -

All,

 

I have a problem sometimes when trying to connect in Map Service Manager for edit map service it's sending the warning: "The password you are tryng to connect to the ArcGis server with is either null or could not decoded".
Sorry for my english.

Sounds like you may have an authentication issue to the ArcGis Server.  Check out the instructions for ArcGis authentication here...
