Did you run SAS depot check utility for the depot you are using? As per the attached log failure is during unzip of a file related to WIPSS.
But the previous extractions of the zip file went on successfully. This tells me there could be some issue with depot.
If you have ran the utility and no issues were found, I would suggest you to log a ticket with support@sas.com for quick turnaround.
