ERROR: OpenSSL error 336134278 (0x14090086) occurred in SSL_connect/accept at line 5388, the error message is "error:14090086:SSL 
       routines:ssl3_get_server_certificate:certificate verify failed".

       at line 5388, the error message is "error:14090086:SSL routines:ssl3_get_server_certificate:certificate verify failed"."
ERROR: Encryption run-time execution error
ERROR: Call to tcpSockContinueSSL failed.

getting above error while using SAS on unix but on windows everything working well. 

can someone guide me if I need to follow some steps for the certificate ?

In Linux/UNIX, you must set the SAS option 'SSLCALISTLOC' to point to a file that has the root CA certificate(s) in it that can verify the server certificate sent from the server.

 

Windows has a global trusted root certificate store that can be set by system administrators.

In Linux/UNIX, you must set the SAS option 'SSLCALISTLOC' to point to a file that has the root CA certificate(s) in it that can verify the server certificate sent from the server.
