ECM error (ISCAPABLE)

Dears 

I face a problem when I try to log in into ECM. the log files was attached:

SASConfig\Lev1\Web\WebAppServer\SASServer8_1\logs

SASConfig\Lev1\Web\Logs.rar(SASServer8_1 and SASServer1_1)

can u also post your ISCAPABLE code? preferably the portion that u use for calling and defining.
Eg. CASE and type and why you wanna use that.
