Copying data to another scenario in SAS FM Studio

I have a problem with copying data from a scenario to another scenario through SAS FM Studio.

When I start copying, the system hangs for a long time, and then gives an error, after which it does not allow me to enter the FM Studio, and only restarting the WEB services helps.

The rest of the FM Studio functions worked fine.

Have you experienced this?

What is the error? This is probably something that would be best handled with a SAS Technical Support track.
