Copying and moving Portal users

Newbie here, sorry if this is obvious or not doable. OR not asking the question correctly.

I have a portal user setup. But I want to give another user basically the same setup but then change the Portal for the 2nd user.

How can I take the portal setup for user A copy it and then tell user B go login and now you have the same setup as user A?

Hi,

Does user A and user B belong to the same group? If yes, you might want to setup a Content Administrator for that group. A content admin can choose whether a page he/she creates be applied to all members of the particular group.
