Connect Viya to Local Esri Server

Becuase of our network requirements I am unable to use open maps or ArcGIS online to get mapping data in our Viya install.  We do have a local instance of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise with Portal.  I would like to use that to geocode and generate maps for Visual Analytics. Having issues locating information on this type of configuration.  Any help woudl be greatly appreciated.

You would use that URL as "local Esri server" in the maps service configuration section of Environment Manager.
